George Stockton was a son of Isabel (nee unknown) and Robert Stockton of Sadsbury Township, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. He married Jan or Jane, last name unknown. George is buried in the Pequea Cemetery where his parents are also buried.

The will of George Stockton (c.1720-1748), son of Isabel and Robert "my will is that I be decently buried in the church yard of peque beside my father and mother [. . .] Proved 9 Mar 1747/8".

Robert Stockton's will: "I, Robert Stockton, in the township of Sadsbury, County of Lancaster, and Province of Pennsylvania [. . .] My will is that I be decently buried in the churchyard of Pyque [. . .] I give unto my well beloved wife Isabel Stockton".

Isabel Stockton's will: "I Isble Stockton In the township of sadsbury County of Lancaster and province of pensylvania [. . .] my Will is that I be Deacently buried In the Church yard of pyque".

In the name of god amen Ano Domy Febr 29, 1747/8
I George Stockton in this township of Sadsbury and county of Lancaster, being sick and weak in body but in perfect in mind and memory thanks to god for it and calling to mind the mortality of my body I ordain this to be my last will and testament, first of all I recommend by soul to god that gave it trusting through death and suffering of Jesus Christ at the general resurrection I shall receive the same and Ever live with my redeemer in glory my will is that I be decently buried in the church yard of peque beside my father and mother at discresion of my executors and for wordly goods it hath pleased god to indue me with I give now as followeth first I will that all my just debts and funeral charges be payd out of my efects and the rest of my efects debts dues ---- and demands I give unto my well beloved wife Jan Stockton escepting twenty pounds in money and all my wearing aprol and my bay horse and my sadle and if my wife be with child at presant I give the one half of what I left to her to my child and if it pleas God that my child dye before it come to age his to be her ---- Also for the 20 pounds and wearing aprol and horse and sadle I give Thomas Fowloeath I give to my brother Thomas Stockton my bay horse and one pound in money and the one half of my wearing aprol and my sadle I give unto my brother John Stockton four pounds in money I give unto my brother in Law William keeth one pound in money I give unto my brother David Stockton two pounds in money and the other half of my wearing aprol. Also the twenty pounds is not to be payd until too years is expired after my decease also I apoint my wife Jan Stockton and my brother Robert Stockton to bee my Exector in this my will and testament to do justly in the ...
