DEACON ISAAC BLISS, son Jedediah & Miriam (Hitchcock) Bliss, of Hartford, Conn. b. Aug. 10, 1760, d. June 19, 1845. m. Sept. 3, 1786, Welthea Butler, dau. George & Mary Butler, of Hartford, b. May 8, 1766, d. Sept. 18, 1832.

Isaac Bliss, (1760-1845), served as a private and received a pension for service in the Connecticut militia. He was born in Springfield, Mass., and died in Hartford, Conn.
