Deacon Joshua Colburn of New Boston District, Dracut, died at 8:20 last night, from rheumatism of the heart, aged 77 years. He was one of the oldest farmers in this vicinity. For several weeks he had been sick, but, although his trouble caused him much pain, nothing serious was anticipated until last Thursday, when he was prostrated, and from which period he was unconscious most of the time. He leaves a widow and two sons, Selden, who remains upon the farm, and Sidney who lives in Lowell. It is believed that a daughter also survives.
