Sarah Penelope "Holland" Lewis married Jonathan P. Lewis Aug. 29, 1839 in Choctaw Co., Miss.! They had nine children. Sarah was the daughter of Absalom & Elizabeth "Douglas" Holland. After her mother died Dec. 6, 1860, Absalom married Catherine "Latham" Filer Dec. of 1864. Sarah was the Granddaughter of Charles & Sarah "Hughes" Holland, her father was one of the first people buried at New Hope Presbyerian Church Cemetery, Near Clarkson, Webster Co., Miss.
