"Baptiste Moran, aged 67 years, a native and lifelong resident of Biloxi, died this morning at 2:05 o'clock following an illness of eight days. Mr. Moran was deputy oyster inspector for the Mississippi Oyster Commission at the time of his death. He leaves two brothers, Capt. F. D. Moran and Moses Moran, both of this city, besides numerous other relatives. The funeral will be held this afternoon at 4:30 o'clock, with Catholic services at the home, 120 East Bay View avenue, with interment in the Biloxi cemetery."
