CORYDON REPUBLICAN OBITUARY – 12/08/1904
Agnes, the beloved and highly esteemed wife of William Glotzbach, of Jackson Township, died last Friday morning, of pneumonia fever, aged 64 years. The funeral took place Saturday just before noon from the Catholic Church here. Rev. Father A. Peckskamp read a solemn requiem and delivered the funeral sermon. He also officiated after services, the regular funeral ceremonies, at the Catholic cemetery where the remains of this good mother and wife found the last resting place. May she now rest in peace. Our sympathy to the beloved family. The so dearly deceased leaves a kind and well respected husband and nine living children; two or three children preceded her to the yonder better world. Mrs. Glotzbach was a Hoffman and her parents and some of her brothers reside in Crawford County. Her sons, who reside in Benton County, attended the funeral.
