Minnie was the daughter of Hans C. "Charlie" and Etta Albertson, of Veteran, Saguache County, Colorado. She was born about 1882. It appears that she was the oldest of at least six children and that she had younger sisters Josephine and Genevieve, and younger brothers James S., Charles N., and William T. Albertson.
