Father of Gerthel Frances, Earl Everett, Mabel Bernice, Junior Lavone and Herbert Donald White. Worked on furnaces for Kusa Spelting Company in Kusa, Oklahoma in 1917. In the 1920s he worked on oil wells in Osage County, Oklahoma and in the 1930s he worked as a fireman on the boilers for zinc mines in Eagle County, Colorado. In 1942 he worked as a laborer for contractor C.C. Moore at the Mare Island Shipyards in Vallejo, California. Later in life he moved to Caruthers, California to live with his sister Margaret Elizabeth [White] Ragan and her youngest child Thomas Joseph Ragan.
