Funeral services for Willis Edward Philan, 66-year-old Caddo parish highway department employe who died from a heart attack Monday while working on the Old Mooringsport road, will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday in the Rose-Neath funeral chapel.
The Reverend E. P. Smith, pastor of the Caddo Heights Baptist church, will conduct the services.
Burial will be in the Sardis cemetery near Winnfield at 2:30 p.m.
