CENTRALIA–Services for
Mrs. Mertie Hoffman, 78, of
Centralia, will be at 2 p.m.
Monday at the Centralia
Methodist Church with burial
in Centralia Cemetery. She
died Saturday at a Seneca
hospital.
She was born Nov. 8, 1883,
at Rome (Roll), Ind. She was a
member of the Centralia
Methodist Church and the
Royal Neighbors Lodge and
American Legion Auxiliary,
both of Centralia.
Survivors include three
daughters, Mrs. Jessie
Langsdorf of Centralia, Mrs.
Norma Sunderland of Hays,
and Mrs. Emma Louise
Brower of Burlington, Iowa;
three sons, Arthur and Norbert
Hoffman, both of Centralia,
and Robert of El Paso,
Tex.; a sister, Mrs.
Dollie Fornshell of Wichita;
two brothers, George Lee of
Van Buren, Ind., and Edward
Lee of Renfrow, Okla.; 10
grandchildren and nine
great-grandchildren.
