The funeral for Dr. Donald Eugene Bouska, 50,115 W. 12th, who died Sunday at home, will be at 10 a.m., Thursday at First Baptist Church. Rev. James W. McCrossen will officiate. The graveside service will be at 5 p.m., Thursday in Pleasant Ridge Cemetery, Belleville, with Rev. Tom Counts officiating.
Bouska was born Nov. 17, 1933, at Logan. He was graduated from Belleville High School, attended University of Kansas, and was graduated by Kansas State University with a BS. He was graduated from UMKC Dental College in 1958, and moved to Ottawa to establish a dental practice first in the Professional Building and later at 1302 S. Main.
He was a member of First Baptist Church, Kansas Dental Society, Sigma Nu Fraternity, Ottawa Elks Lodge and Franklin County Commodore Computer Group.
On Jan. 29, 1953, he married Andrea Katherine Jones at Belleville. She survives.
Other survivors include two sons, Michael D. Bouska, Williamsburg, and Joseph R. Bouska, of the home; a daughter, Mrs. Karen Driver, Pomona;, six grandchildren; his mother and step-father, Mr. and Mrs. Theodore Sanborn, Topeka; two sisters, Dolores Lewis and Janet Caddie, both of Topeka; a brother, James W. Bouska, Overland Park; a step-sister, Linda Spangler, Tulsa, and a step-brother, Kent Sanborn, St. James, Mo.
The family will meet friends from 7:30 to 8:30 Wednesday at the funeral home. Memorials may be sent to First Baptist Church or left for it with the funeral home.

Ottawa--Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at First Baptist Church here for Dr. Donald Eugene Bouska, 50, Ottawa, who died Sunday, Sept. 2, at his home. Death was attributed to natural causes, but the exact cause was unavailable Monday.
Dr. Bouska was a doctor of dental surgery at Ottawa, where he had practiced since 1958.
He was born Nov. 17, 1933, at Logan in Phillips County, the son of Luther Nathaniel and Doris Walton Bouska. He was graduated from Belleville High School in Republic County. He attended the University of Kansas, Lawrence, and was graduated from Kansas State University at Manhattan. He was graduated from the dental school at the University of Missouri at Kansas City in 1958.
Dr Bouska was a member of First Baptist Church, Elks Lodge No. 803 and the Ottawa County Club, all at Ottawa, and of Sigma Nu fraternity and the Kansas Dental Society.
He was married to Andrea Katherine Jones Jan. 29, 1953, at Belleville. She survives.
