William Edward Richardson Sr., 62, passed away Thursday.
He was an auditor at Redstone Arsenal for 30 years and had retired this past June. He was the owner and photographer of Richardson Photography. He belonged to the Loyal Order of the Moose, lodge #1007 and was a member of American Society of Military Comptrollers. He was a deacon of Faith Presbyterian Church.
He is survived by his wife, Betty Richardson; son, William E. Richardson Jr. and his wife Michelle; stepbrother, David Dennis; stepsister, Judy Orland; and grandchildren, Jonathan Travis Richardson, Jessica Renee Richardson, and Julie Anna Richardson.
He was preceded in death by his son, Samuel Travis Richardson, and his parents, Doyle Edward and Geneva Carr Richardson.
