RICHMOND, Va. - Eldridge B. "Ed" Franklin, 68, of Midlothian died Tuesday in Richmond.
Funeral will be at 2 p.m. today at Joseph W. Bliley Funeral Home. Burial will be in Dale Memorial Park.
A native of North Carolina, he was a employee of Federal Paper Board Co., an Army veteran, a member of Elkhardt Baptist Church, and a former member of Manchester Volunteer Rescue Squad.
Surviving are wife, Codie B. Franklin; daughters, Peggy Morse, Barbara Musick, Deborah Provo, all of Richmond, Hazel Boyd of Norfolk, Jean Herrera of Florida; two brothers; three sisters; 13 grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to Elkhardt Baptist Church.
