Mrs. Bowman was an exemplary member of the Church of the Brethren for many years. She was fifty-four years and three months old. She had been in failing health for several months, and her death, while not unexpected, came as a causce of sincere regret to a large circle of friends.
She is surived by her husband, one brother, Dr. C. P. Harshbarger, two sisters, Mrs. J. P. Diehl and Mrs. Samuel Pence, two step-sons. T. I. Bowman and Otto H. Bowman, one
step-daughter, Mrs. George Leavel, and Miss Easter Bowman, whom she has raised since her third year.
Funeral services will bo conducted from the Mill Creek Church of the Brethern Wednesday, at 11 am by er pastor, Elder H. C. Early. Interment in the Mill Creek Cemetery.
