Mrs. Hilliard was a member of the Leake's Chapel Church of the Brethren.
On Aug. 7, 1944, she married Adolph "Dockie" Hilliard, who survives.
Surviving in addition to her husband are three daughters, Donna Jane Burner and husband John W. Burner of Shenandoah, Brenda Joyce Lowery and husband Alton Lowery Jr. of Stanley, and Juanita F. Taylor and husband Roger Taylor of Stanley; three sons, Leonard Clinton Hilliard and wife Yvonne "Bonnie" Hilliard, Joseph Adolph Hilliard and wife Bonnie Hilliard, and Roger Lee "Salty" Hilliard and wife Pat Hilliard, all of Stanley; four brothers, Austin J., Franklin D. and Shirley Good, all of Stanley, and Charles L. Good of Luray; 15 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Frances Ann Pettit; three sisters, Linda V. Good, Geneva Florence Cubbage and Linda Good; and three brothers, Paul W., Robert and Ray Jennings Good Sr.
