He was a son of John and Mary Ann (Bollenbaugher) Fisher.
On May 5, 1904, he married Minnie Koeh, who survived him.
Also surviving were a daughter, Koneta Stroh, Celina; a brother, William, Chattanooga; three sisters, Mrs. Peter Strabel and Mrs. William Wertz, both Celina, and Mrs. John Koch, Chattanooga; and a foster granddaughter.
He was a member of Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church, Chattanooga.
Services were in the residence, followed by the church, with Rev. Waldo E Byer officiating.
