Lillie Cook, 89, of Hanceville, died Thursday, July 23, at Cullman Regional Medical Center. She was born Monday, Sept. 8, 1919, in Cullman County to Homer and Dellie Grimmett Cone. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, David Cook; a son, Tony Cook; and two grandsons, Barry Clements and Neal Cook.Survivors include three sons, Billy (Ann) Cook, Michael Cook and Kenneth (Shelia) Cook; five daughters, Faye Nell Cook, Barbara Duckett, Charlott (James) Clements, Frances (Frankie) Whitehead and Kaye (Jim) Wingo; a daughter-in-law, Glenda Cook; 16 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
