Mrs. Duckett passed away on Monday, March 27.
She was preceded in death by her parents, David F. Cook and Lillie Cone Cook; her husband, Worth Duckett; brothers, Tony Cook and Billy Cook and sister, Faye Nell Cook.
She is survived by sisters, Charlotte (Allen) Clements, Frances (Frankie) Whitehead and Kaye (Jim) Wingo; brothers, Mickey Cook and Joe Cook and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
