Elma D. Palla, age 92, passed away on July 20, 2009 in Bountiful, Utah.

She was born September 7, 1916 in Ferron, Utah, the daughter of Joseph and Mary Zwahlen Behunin.

Elma was a homemaker and an artist during her life.

Married Von W. Moody in 1938 in the Manti LDS Temple and he preceded her in death in 1948. They had three daughters together. In 1967, Elma married Ferdinand P. Palla, San Jose City Attorney in California.

Survived by her three daughters-Penelope Allen, Suzanne Winterhawk, Beth Nahinu, and nine grandchildren and her sister Dorothy Nethercott. Elma was preceded in death by her husband, Ferdinand, one granddaughter, and 11 brothers and sisters.

Graveside Services will be held on Friday, July 31, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at Oak Hill Cemetery in San Jose, California.
