He is survived by his wife, Julia Levan; eight step-children; many step-great-grandchildren; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Donald and Betty Levan of New Lexington, Ohio and Clarence and Janice Levan of Lebanon, Ohio; two sisters, Leona Lindsey of Amanda, Ohio and Leota Lindsey of Courtland, Ohio; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death his wives, June L. and Lena P Levan.
