He was born December 5, 1935 in Stoutsville, OH to the late Charles and Rosa (Strausbaugh Levan. Clarence was the owner of Cedar Valley Plastics before retiring. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge for many years.
He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Janice (Stebelton) Levan; daughters, Geri (Chuck) Conner and Susan Carter; son Doug (Sheri) Levan; grandchildren, Joby and Dusty Carter, Stefanie Vandiver, Tommy Levan and Maia Conner; great-grandchildren, Alexis and Tristan Vandiver, and Riley Carter; sister, Leota Swann.
Private graveside service at Maple Hill Cemetery in Stoutsville at the convenience of the family. Arrangements by the Taylor Funeral Home in Amanda.
