Mrs. Elizabeth Adams of the Soldiers Home, better known as "Auntie Adams", passed away there yesterday of old age, at the ripe old age of 83 years. Mrs. Adams came to the Home in the year 1900 and was admitted from Clay county. She was the wife of Ruben Adams. The funeral took place this afternoon at 2:30, interment being made at the Home burial grounds. Rev. Abbott conducted the service.
