KELLY — Funeral services were to be at 2 p.m. today for Mrs. Bertha Hinton, 86, of Kelly, who died Thursday at Riverside Nursing Home of Monroe after a long illness.
The Rev. W. A. Massey was to officiate at Riser and Son Funeral Home of Columbia with burial in Sardis Cemetery.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Louise Lovett of Baton Rouge and Mrs. Nina Laird of Kelly; three sons, E. H. Hinton, C. L. Hinton, both of Monroe and E. L. Hinton of Shawnee, Okla.; two sisters, Mrs. Frances Mullins of El Dorado, Ark. and Mrs. Ophelia Frances of Monroe; 12 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
