Ruston—Henry Charmer Colvin, 90, died Friday September 5, 1986 at Lincoln General Hospital in Ruston after a short illness.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Kilpatrick Funeral Home chapel in Ruston with the Revs. Roy Flurry and Terry Gainey officiating.
Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery in Ruston.
Mr. Colvin was a native of Unionville and a member of the New Prospect Baptist Church and was retired from Louisiana Tech Building and Grounds Department.
Survivors include his wife Mrs. Eula S. Colvin of Ruston; two stepsons, Herbert Arrowood of Birmingham, Al, and Larry Arrowood of Baton Rouge; one step daughter, Ina May Coon of Birmingham, AL.,; three brothers, Hershel Colvin of Ruston, Grady B. Colvin of Shreveport and J. P. Colvin of Calhoun; three sisters, Agnes C. Valentine of Minden, and Marvis C. Futrell and Faye C. Robinson both of Ruston; eleven step- grandchildren; 15 step-great grandchildren.
