Mrs. Kinder was a homemaker.
She was born Feb. 20, 1904, at Cameron, Mo., the daughter of Henry P. and Nellie Mae Haywood Beechner. She attended school and grew up in the Sedan area.
She married George Lee Kinder on Sept. 10, 1923, at Moline. He died Nov. 13, 1974. She also was preceded in death by a son, William Beechner Kinder, and a grandson, Samuel Dean Kinder.
Survivors include two sons, James Kinder, Emporia, and Bob Kinder, Topeka; seven grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and two great- great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. today at Zimmerman Funeral Home in Howard.
Burial will be in the Moline Cemetery.
The family suggests memorials to the Elk Manor Nursing Home in Moline and the Moline Medical Clinic.
