Mrs. Lyda May Rumbarger; 77 of 310 South McKean St., Kittanning died Monday morning (Nov. 15, 1965) in her home. A daughter of Joseph and Anna (Pierce) Durnell, she was born May 15, 1888 in West Monterey.

Mrs. Rumbarger was a member of St. Mary's Ukrainian Church in Ford City. Surviving are three sons, Harry and Dale Rumbarger of Kittanning and John Rumbarger of Ford City RD 1; three daughters, Mrs. Helen Cullen of Ford City, Mrs. Ardith Jones of Kittanning MR 10, Butler Road and Mrs. Mildred Painter of Ford City RD 1; 14 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.

RUMBARGER — Friends of Mrs. Lyda May Rumbarger, 310 South McKean St., Kittanning, who died Monday morning (Nov. 15, 1965) in her home will be received in the F. Duane Snyder Funeral Home at Kittanning from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday and from 2 to 4 and 7to 9 p.m. Tuesday. A service is scheduled for 8:30 a.m. Wednesday in the funeral home. Rev. John Moda, church pastor, will be celebrant for the 9 a.m. service Wednesday in St. Mary's Ukrainian Church at Ford City. Interment will follow in Kittanning Cemetery. Arrangements by Snyder, Kittanning. Parastas will be at 7 p.m. Tuesday in the funeral home.
