Ora Daniel was the son of Thomas Benton and Sarah Elizabeth Staley Fuller.

He was born in Wayne County, West Virginia. His siblings were: George Haney, Arnold, Druzilla, Sarah Alice, Martha, Annie May, and Cynthia Isabelle .

He married Sarah Elizabeth Ferguson on August 4, 1901 in Wayne County, West Virginia.

Born to this union: John Bing, Emma Ernestine, Druzilla Inez, Sarah Alice, Calista and a set of twins Lillian Ellen and Lily Helen.

Ora and Sarah lived on Buffalo Creek and owned a home in Huntington, West Virginia. His occupation was farming. While Ora was working in his corn field he was shot to death by Wayne Lett.
