Mary GINN, 85, Rt. 2, Rochester, died at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Woodlawn Hospital where she had been a patient for two days. She was born Aug. 8, 1896 in Fulton County to James H. and Mahala COOK BURNS. She had lived her entire life in Fulton County. She married Garrett H. GINN in Rochester on Oct. 16, 1915; he survives. She had been a member of the Athens United Methodist Church since 1916. Surviving with the husband are two sons, Byron E. GINN, Rochester, and James E. GINN, Phoenix, Ariz.; four grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren. Two brothers, Jesse and Oliver BURNS, and two sisters, Vida KUHN and Estella VanLUE, preceded in death. Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at the Zimmerman Brothers Funeral Home in Rochester with the Rev. Wayne JOHNSON officiating. Burial will be in the Rochester I.O.O.F. Cemetery. Friends may call from 3 to 8 p.m. Thursday. Mr. Ginn will be with son Byron for several days.
