She married Shelton Johnson. During the war, they lived in Japan where Lois learned to tat. Her works were beautiful and she would mainly tat doll clothes for the girls in the family. It was always a treat to see what dolls my sister and I would get each Christmas!
Lois was preceded in death by her husband Shelton and her granddaughter Amy Bracknell. Her son, Johnny Dee Johnson passed away in 2002 and is buried at Willamette National Cemetery in Portland, Oregon.
