baptized and confirmed in the Yellow Medicine Lutheran Church, Hanley Falls,
Minnesota.
He lived all of his life on the home place.
Lewie passed away April 22, 1983, at the Weiner Memorial Hospital in Marshall,
Minnesota, at the age of 80.
Survivors include one brother, George; two sisters, Mrs. Clara Berre and Ida
Marie Kjelleberg; eight nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Lars and Sophia; three sisters, Susie,
Inga and Thea (Gautefall) Gilbertson; and one brother, Ole.
