Rites of Mrs. Ellenwood

Latterday Saints services for Mrs. Percy Ellenwood were held Thursday at 1 p.m. in the Whitcomb Funeral Home, 102 Washington St., Barre. Mrs. Ellenwood died at her home in South Barre Tuesday.
Elder Ray Harvey of Barre, the conductor, made the introductions and Elder Kenneth Stevens of Williamstown gave the opening prayer. Speakers were Elder Don Lemmon of Northfield and Elder William Lewis of Burlington. Miss Nancy McCormack sang "How Great Though Art," accompanied at the organ by her father, Lloyd McCormack. The Singing Mothers of the Relief Society of the LDS sang "O My Father."
Bearers were Ray Harvey, Kenneth Stevens, Lloyd McCormack, Glen Button, Eldon Heath. Burial was in Wilson Cemetery.
The graveside dedication was given by Elder Stevens.
Attending from away were Mrs. Buelah VonBruns, Miss Elaine Bean and Mrs. James Senesac, all of Burlington; Mr. and Mrs. Moroni Johnson of Woodstock; Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Norton, Mrs. Bess Donahue, Mrs. Donald LaRock, all of Waterbury; Mr. and Mrs. Vern Charles of Montpelier; Elder Don Lemmon of Northfield and Elder William Lewis of Burlington; also friends and relatives from surrounding towns.
