A farewell testimonial for Elder Lawrence Johnson (Larry) Hacking, son of Mr. and Mrs. Owen Hacking of Maeser First Ward, will be held this Sunday evening at 5 p.m. in the Maeser Chapel.
Elder Hacking will enter the Salt Lake Mission Home Monday prior to leaving for the New England States Mission. His mission headquarters will be at Cambridge, Massachusetts.
Speakers at the services will be Bishop Victor Bingham, Bishop Douglas B. Lawson and Lyle Southam, with remarks by the parents of the missionary and a response by the missionary.
A vocal trio consisting of Marsha Fox, Susan Sowards and Margene Hall will present a song, accompanied by Dale Caldwell, Polly Anna Haws will play a piano solo.
