SENECA--Mary M. Boeding, 91, Seneca, died Sunday, Nov. 2, 1998, at a care home here.
She was born Nov. 18, 1907, in Kansas City, Kansas, to Thomas and Bertha Hoover Mohan. She attended schools in Kansas City and graduated from Sts. Peter and Paul High School in Seneca in 1926.
She was a member of Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Seneca, St. Ann's Altar Society at the church, Ladies' Catholic Benevolent Ass'n, and Nemaha County Historical Society.
She married Edward Boeding Feb. 3, 1932, in Seneca. They lived east of Seneca many years. He died Oct. 8, 1968.
Survivors include sons: Al, Gladstone, Mo.; and Jim and Paul, both in Seneca; daughters, Alice Rice, Houston, and Kathleen Dowd, Platte City, Mo.; 15 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Sts. Peter and Paul Church in Seneca. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
