Sept. 1884), Minnie (b. Jan. 1886), Edith (b. Oct. 1887), Pearl (b. Mar. 1890), Dora (b. May 1891) and Allice (b. April 1899) lived in Martin's Bluff Precinct, Cowlitz County, Washington. John and Cynthia had been married 24 years, having 12 children, 11 living. He was a blacksmith. They owned their home free and clear. Son, Arthur was a logging teamster.
