The funeral of Miss Grace Babcock, niece of Ed Davis, who died in Tucumcari, N.M., October 11th, was held at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Davis yesterday afternoon at 3 o'clock, with Rev. C.P. Thogmorton, pastor of the Methodist church, conducting the services. Miss Babcock, who was a victim of tuberculosis, died very suddenly, relatives here having just received a letter from her when the message came that she had passed away. Pall bearers were members of the Sunshine Class of the Methodist Sunday School. Interment was in Maple cemetery.
