George L. Eaden, a resident of Logan for over 20 years and of Oregon for over 40 years, passed away Saturday evening March 7, at his home, his death being caused from pneumonia. Mr. Eaden, who was born in March, 1882 in New York, was married in 1912 to Olive Averill at Cherryville. He was a member of Harding Grange.
Among the survivors are the widow and two sons, Kenneth and Donald, Logan; four sisters, Mrs. Fred Riebhoff, Logan, Mrs. Arthur Smalley, Carver, Mrs. John Ross, West Linn, Mrs. Wendel Phillips of California, and two brothers Edwin, West Linn, and Arthur, Logan.
Funeral services are to be conducted from Holman and Hankins chapel with interment in the Logan cemetery. Reverend A. J. Ware will officiate and Mrs. William Warren will sing.
