Mrs. Charles F. Sundberg.
Following a prolonged illness, Mrs. Minnie Sundberg, 63, wife of Charles F. Sundberg, died at 1:45 a.m. Sunday in her home in White Township, Indiana, R. D. 4.
A daughter of Anders Jakopson and Krestina Johanson, the deceased was born March 30, 1875, in Jesta Sokoen, Sweden. She and Mr. Sundberg were married in Homer City in 1906 and had been resident in White Township for 30 years. Mrs. Sundberg was a member of Zion Lutheran Church of Indiana. She was a friendly woman, devoting her life to many good deeds. Her activities were in the church and the home and her many benefactions had earned her the love and respect of all who knew her.
Surviving with the husband are a son, Carl F. M. Sundberg; a brother, Alfred Anderson of Butler County and two sisters; Mrs. Oscar Hallberg of Butler County and Mrs. Anton Ottson of Irwin.
Funeral services will be conducted in her late residence at 2 p.m. Wednesday. Her pastor, the Rev. Arthur J. Pfohl, will officiate and interment will be in Mt. Tabor Cemetery, West Wheatfield Township.
