Carl F. Sundberg, 73, 178 East Pike, Indiana, died Wednesday, April 5, 1963 at the Shenango Valley Osteopathic Hospital, Farrell.
The son of Charles and Minnie Anderson Sundberg, he was born March 5, 1911, in Lilly.
Mr. Sundberg was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church, IOOF Paladium Lodge 346 and was a life member and president of the Indiana Bear Club.
A lifetime resident of Indian he was a well-known architect in the town for more than 30 years.
Surviving are a son, Dale, Kennewick, Wash.; a daughter, Mrs. Melvin (Barbara) Thomas, Woodbine, Md.; two step daughters, Mrs. Richard (Joan) Fuge, Mercer; Mrs. Linda Pullium, Indiana; six grandchildren; two stepgrandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and three wives, Eva Palmer Sundberg, Margaret E. Spencer Sundberg and Janet Miller Sundberg.
Friends will be received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. today in the Frank T. Mihaicik Funeral Home, Indiana; where a service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday with the Rev. Bernhard Bischoff officiating. Interment wll follow in Oakland Cemetery, Indiana. hhw
