Graveside service for Barney "Bonnie" Dee Blankenship, 63, of Moulton will be Monday at 10 a.m. at Parkway Funeral Home with Amos Hood officiating.

Burial will be in East Lawrence Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends tonight from 6 to 9 at the funeral home.

Mr Blankenship died Friday, Nov 22, 2002, at Decatur General Hospital. He was born Dec 11, 1938, in Lawrence County, to Ensley B Blankenhip and Carrie Warren Blankenship. He was a heavy equipment operator at Hoover Rock Quarry.

Survivors include his mother, of Moulton; three brothers, Neal Blankenship of Moulton, Donald Blankenship of Town Creek and Densie Ray Blankenship of Eagleville, Tenn; five sisters, Jewel Key, Barbara TGerry and Vonda Blankenship, all of Moulton, Charlene Terry of Courtland and Carolyn Tatum of Jesup, Ga.
Nephews will be pallbearers.
Memorials may be made to Decatur Oncology Center.
