Lillie Roberta Cover was born March 11, 1872. Her father was Erastus Cover (born in 1831 in Graceham, Frederick County, Maryland) and Lovina Malissa O'Lafferty (born in 1835 in Bellville, Richland County, Ohio). Lillie married Frank Rider Boyd in 1890. They had four children: William Erastus Boyd, Francis R. Boyd, Essie Boyd, and Robert C. Boyd. At the time of her death, Lillie was living with her parents, her husband, and her children in Big Horn, Sheridan County, Wyoming. She died of consumption.
