His wife was Olivia D. Aller/Allar. In the 1870 United States Census they were living in Ladora with their children Thomas, Annie, and Mary B. In Sep 1871, Olivia applied for a widow's pension. By 1881, it appears that Olivia had died because John Lloyd is listed as the guardian of William's minor children. There was an Olivia D. Adams who died in Clinton County in May 1880 so that may have been her and another online family tree for their daughter, Annie lists the same date of death for her mother.
