Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday for Alex J. Cathcart, former Kittanning (906 N. Grant Ave.) resident who did at Sunnycrest Convalescent Home, Saxonburg, Monday (Jan. 25, 1960) at the age of 88 years.
He is survived by a daughter Miss Elsie Cathcart of Kittanning. Four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren also survive.
Friends will be received at Rhodes funeral home, where services will be held. The services will be in charge of Rev. Ralph Newell, pastor of Kittanning First Baptist Church.
Burial will be made in Kittanning Cemetery.
