The "nuptial parlor" of Justice of the Peace John A. Rowan is becoming a poplar place for souls with a single thought and hearts that beat as one. No less than twenty-seven couples have been linked and gone forth on the path of connubial bliss since the apartment was fitted up by Muscatine's ever poplar squire. Yesterday afternoon the squire joined four happy mortals from Drury township, the double wedding taking place at the hour of 3:30. The contracting parties were Mr. John Henry Hays and Miss Elizabeth Johnson and Mr. Martin W. Cunningham and Miss Mattie M. Hays. The name Hays should be Hayes
