David Clark Crissman died Wednesday, December 12, 1945, at his home in Eddyville. He was born September 10, 1868, in Armstrong county, a son of William and Alice Mae Schreckengost [sic: Rachel Schreckengast] Crissman.
He is survived by his wife and the following children: Mrs. Ed Schreckengost, Tillie Crissman, W. Crissman, New Bethlehem, R. 4: Miles Crissman, Putneyville, Harvey Crissman, Indiana; Mrs. Alice Parks, Youngstown, and Andy Crissman, Michigan. There are 11 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held at the residence at 2 p.m. December 15, with the Rev. Guy Wilson, Timblin, in charge. Interment was made in the Eddyville cemetery under direction of W. Vorous.
