She was born December 5, 1911 in Muenster, Tx. to William and Elizabeth Wieler.

Catherine was raised in Muenster, Tx. and married Dr. Alfred Allen Hellams on August 30, 1940. They moved to OKC in 1950. Catherine was very active in Christ the King Catholic Church and her garden club. She was 81.

Survived by husband, Dr. A.A. Hellams; her two sons, 1 granddaughter, Lauren Hellams; and her 2 sisters. Mass of Christian Burial was held at Christ the King Catholic Church.
