ALLMAN, Mae Schoonover, 82, of Brooksville, Fla., passed away Friday, June 5, 2009, at Brooksville Regional Hospital in Brooksville. Born in Willow City, N.D., she moved to Brooksville in 1948 from Washington State. Mrs. Allman enjoyed cross stitching, reading and genealogy. She was Methodist by faith. Survivors include her husband of 63 years, Kenneth Allman of Brooksville; two daughters, Pat Bailey and Cathy Klinehoffer, both of Brooksville; a son, Kenneth Allman of Ashville, N.C.; eight grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Doris Donaldson of California. There will be a visitation 5-7 p.m. Tuesday, June 9, at the Turner Funeral Homes Brooksville Chapel. A funeral service will take place 10 a.m. Wednesday, June 10, at the funeral home with interment to follow at the Lake Lindsey Cemetery.
