THOMPSON.-At her residence in this city at the corner of Main and Madison streets, Tuesday evening, November 15th, of pneumonia, Mrs. Sarah J Thompson, wife of Mr. Charles B Thompson, aged 66 years. She left 3 children - Mrs. Simpson, Mrs. W A Grubert and Miss Mary E Thompson. The funeral was from the residence Wednesday afternoon, Rev. J E Booker of Hebron church officiating, and the burial in Thornrose cemetery. Staunton Spectator (VA) dated 23 Nov 1892 (see photo).
