Died, in this county, at the residence of Farmer Bowen, March 30, 1899, Mrs. Nancy M. Sparks, widow of Wiley Alexander Sparks, aged about 77 years. Mrs. Sparks was a pioneer of this county respected by all who knew her. She leaves six sons and two daughters to mourn her loss. The funeral will be held today from the First Baptist Church, Rev. H.M. Crain officiating.
