Michael P. J. Barry, prominent among Lake County Ranchers, the past 44 years, died here Thursday, July 13, at the age of 64 years
Mr. Barry was born March 25 or 27, 1886, at Tureendarby, County Cork, Ireland, and came to lake County in 1906 at the age of 18 years. He entered the sheep business and later branched out into cattle raising. He had been a Naturalized citizen of the United States for 43 years.
On June 23, 1915, at Lakeview he was married to Eileen O'Shea, who survives. Also surviving are seven daughters's and four sons; Mrs. Fred Lemke of Corvallis, Phillip J. Barry of Lakeview, Mrs. Myron McKee of St. paul, Minn., Miss Agnes M. Barry of Lakeview, Mrs. Paul Stoffel of Lakeview, Mrs. C. E. Reifel of Indianapolis, Ind, John M. Barry and Jere Barry of Lakeview and 19 Grandchildren.
