Anton F."Tony" Finder, 88, Kirkwood, died Thursday, August 31, 2000.
He was born July 19, 1912, at Kirkwood, son of John B Finder and wife Mary A. Fisher, Moselle.
Mr. Finder was a 50-year member of the Bricklayers International Union Local 1 of Missouri.
He was preceded in death by one son, Glennon J. Finder; six brothers and three sisters.
Mr. Finder is survived by his wife, Agnes A. Finder, nee Doorack, Kirkwood; four sons, Frederick Finder and wife Carole, Philip Finder and wife Alyce, Anton Finder and John Finder and wife Karen; five daughters, Martha Buck and husband Gurdon, Anita Padilla and husband Ed, Ellen Pouliot and husband Dan, Aggi Hollifield and husband William and Joanne Wilken and husband Carl; one sister, Florence Birmingham; 25 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; other relatives and many friends.
A funeral Mass was held Tuesday, September 5, at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Villia Ridge.
Contributions to St. Mary's Catholic Church for Masses are preferred.
The Finder family was served by Schrader Funeral Home, Inc.,Ballwin.
